How do I pay for my order?

All payments are processed by a secure system and as a result Bisley Workwear does not view your card details at any time. This is an added level of security that we have added for your protection allowing a safe and worry-free internet shopping experience.

When making a payment please make sure your billing address, as entered in your account details, matches the registered statement address of your card. (The address on the top of your card bank statement.) If you require your order to be delivered to a different address, please amend the shipping address in your account details, as appropriate.

At the final checkout page of the Bisley Workwear website, check the details of your order and press proceed to make a payment. You will then be redirected to the secure payment server and asked to make your payment. After this process, you will then be redirected to the order confirmation page. Your order will then be processed for shipping.


How do I view my account details?

At the top of the Bisley Workwear website there is an option to either register to have an account with us or if you already have an account you can log in. Once logged in you can then view your account details, edit your payment details, and see your previous orders.


Can I try on the Bisley Workwear range in store?

Yes, you can. We have a large list of stockists in the UK that stock the full Bisley Workwear range for you to try on. Click here to visit our stockists page to find your nearest store.


I am placing an order online but not sure what my size is.

The Bisley Workwear range have three different size fits: traditional, modern and active. To find out the best fit for you click here to view our size chart.


Can I get my garments Embroidered?

Yes, we offer embroidery and printing services. Contact Us for a quote.


What is your shipping information?

Our standard delivery service is usually 1-3 business days, however due to unprecedented issues relating to COVID-19 this could take longer. You can track your shipment by clicking on the “Track My Order” link in your Shipping Confirmation email.

How do I return my items?

You can return your items by going to the returns sections of our website by clicking here and following these simple steps.

Step 1: Enter your email address and order number to retrieve the order for which you wish to make a return.

Step 2: Select the garments you wish to return.

Step 3: You will receive a returns label. Affix that to your securely packaged items and drop off to your nearest CollectPlus store. Your receipt will contain your tracking number.
