COVID-19 Update

Due to the unprecedented issues we are facing across the nation there may be a minor delay in receiving your delivery. Our standard delivery service is usually 1-3 working days, but is now more likely to be 2-5 working days - this is due to longer processing times to ensure the safety of our warehouse workers and potential delays within the carrier network.

This will also impact our premium DPD deliveries, which are currently suspended.

We will continue to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible and thank you for continuing to choose to do business with us.

Shipment Tracking

You can track shipment of your Products by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note such link will direct you to the courier's website, which is not controlled by us.

Please Note:

• It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
• We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout.
• If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box and may leave the order in your nominated ‘safe place’ at your risk.
• Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
• All Products are shipped from our warehouse in Berkshire, England.
